The Management Cockpit provides a compact overview of the transaction throughput of the last 14 days and informs about incorrect processed workflows. The data is displayed for the system that has triggered a workflow in Conigma Connect. Manually started workflows contain the system identifier "Flow Studio".
Transaction statistics
The statistics section displays transaction statistics for the last 14 days. A line chart shows the transaction throughput per day and application and a pie chart shows the percentage distribution of transactions across all applications.

The management area provides a representation of erroneous and temporarily suspended transactions as a bar chart including statistics per application on how many transactions could not be successfully processed in percentage terms. Workflows can be suspended automatically if a dependent workflow has previously run into an error. Processing of suspended workflows is automatically triggered as soon as the error of the dependent workflow has been corrected. This functionality is important for processes that have to be executed in a certain order, e.g. status transitions.
To interpret the data, it is important to know that the error statistics are grouped by the system that triggered a workflow. In this example, ServiceNow triggers updates in Solution Manager and vice versa Solution Manager triggers updates in ServiceNow. The diagram bar labeled ServiceNow thus refers, for example, to errors that occurred when updating or creating data in Solution Manager.
