Custom index filter
Index values can be defined and filled implicitly during workflow processing. Indexes can be filled with constants as well as any value that is available at the time of workflow processing. Typically, indexes are filled with IDs of entities that triggered the workflow or are related with these entities, e.g. the number of a task in ServiceNow and the corresponding object ID of a document from Solution Manager ChaRM.

In the detail view, the workflow flow is displayed hierarchically with status information. When a node is selected in the structure view, details are displayed in a separate data area. This data area contains all values of the variables known at the time and also contains the contents of inbound and outbound web service calls.
